Enable by Lloyds Bank Foundation #582629

Enable grants are awarded to charities which have identified clear development needs, and provide a great opportunity to strengthen charities to deliver more effectively.

Enable grants are up to a total of £15,000 over one or two years, and can reinvigorate charities through funding organisational improvements, development of areas such as leadership and governance, improved systems and demonstrating outcomes. These developments put charities in a stronger position to better deliver services and attract funding.

Applications for Enable grants are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application within six months of the application being received.

Title
Household items for residential treatment houses
Description
ROAR are a residential treatment programme who offer support, care and structure to clients. ROAR is a non-profit organisation that supports people (the majority who are homeless) to overcome traumatic and unpleasant life challenges through love, care and structure. They address the underlying issues which lead to substance abuse, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health issues. ROAR has secured new houses that need items to enable the clients to move into the houses. Washing machines x 5, fridge freezers x 5, hoovers x 5, microwaves x 5, kettles x 4, toasters x 4, lounge, furniture, bedroom furniture etc. These are needed so we can move our clients into the new homes asap. Although I've put 4-5K as an amount - we would be so grateful for anything to help us!
